Charisol was founded by Dolapo, a Mechanical Engineer, DevOps Engineer and UX Designer who saw the need to build a bridge to connect skilled tech talent to small businesses and startups.

His engineering background has always led him to passionately find problems to solve . However, his transition to tech revealed how digital transformation solves business and market problems. Since then, he has continued to empower tech skills in Africa to support small businesses and startups to improve their business.

Charisol has evolved into a digital design and development agency with a growing team of young tech-skilled individuals changing the world, one digital product at a time. We’ve worked with numerous small businesses and startups in the UK, the US, Canada and Nigeria and helped individuals launch their digital products and continue to partner with tech talents across the globe.
