An MVP Approach to Automated Onboarding.

Creating a scalable digital coach for solo founders and high-touch consultants.

Overview

MailDrip is a user-friendly email marketing platform for creators and businesses. Originally a bespoke consultant tool, it automates manual onboarding to build sustainable revenue without technical complexity.

Built-in Analytics Dashboard

MailDrip provides real-time tracking for metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and delivery status through a clean interface.

Smart Audience Segmentation

This tool allows users to group their subscribers based on behaviors (like clicking a link), demographics, or interests.

Flexible Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Model

Unlike many platforms that require expensive monthly subscriptions, MailDrip allows users to pay only for the email credits they actually use.

Automated Drip Campaigns

Users can set up a sequence of pre-written emails that trigger automatically over time based on specific events, like a new sign-up.

The Challenge

Our client, a high-growth real estate consultant, was trapped in a manual cycle. Spending eight hours daily on repetitive onboarding calls left zero room for strategic expansion.

Existing email tools offered little relief; they were either too bloated with complex features or too expensive for a solo operation. The goal was to build a "24/7 sales coach" that offered automation without the enterprise-grade friction.

The Solution

The core objective was to build a bridge between high-level automation and user-friendly design. The developers focused on a "Set it and Forget it" philosophy to ensure that even users with zero technical background could launch a campaign in minutes.

Our Approach

To transform a manual onboarding struggle into a streamlined platform, we focused on bridging the gap between technical automation and user experience. Our process was rooted in understanding the specific friction points of high-touch consultants.

UX Strategy:

Defined the core user journey to ensure the transition from manual work to automation felt intuitive rather than overwhelming.

User Interviews:

Conducted deep-dive sessions with consultants to identify the most repetitive tasks and "must-have" features for a minimum viable product.

Product Design:

Developed a clean, focused interface that prioritized clarity, allowing users to build campaigns without needing a technical manual.

MVP Development:

Built the foundational version of the platform, focusing on the essential "drip" functionality needed to solve the immediate onboarding challenge.

Product Impact

What began as a bespoke solution for a small group of consultants successfully evolved into a scalable SaaS platform.
